We’re also understanding when it comes to genuine sickness. Fees are typically waived unless cancellations become frequent.

HushPods are best for short private conversations, interviews, focused work, and small-group catch-ups. Meeting rooms are best when you need more space, a proper table setup, screens/AV, or a presentation/hybrid-friendly environment. If it’s under an hour and you want privacy, a HushPod is often perfect. If you’re presenting, whiteboarding, or you’ve got a bigger group, go meeting room.
